    I rolled my eyes at these kinds of gummies for MONTHS. Honestly thought it was just another TikTok trend. But after my son’s pediatrician mentioned nutrient gaps (especially Vitamin D), I finally gave in. He LOVES the taste (which is a miracle because he spits out everything), and we’ve noticed not only more energy but he’s eating better overall. Wish I tried sooner.

    I literally googled every single ingredient before buying (ashwagandha for stress, spirulina for nutrients, l-arginine for growth). it checked out. fast forward 4 months… my son went from barely reaching the counter to me noticing his jeans fitting shorter. could be timing + puberty, but i’m giving the gummies credit too.
