I bought three pouches for my daughter. She loves them and I love that I'm able to give her a daily dose of vitamin d, calcium and ashwagandha. The fact that she loves the taste and they promote natural growth is a win for both of us.

I bought this supplement for my son. He is a bit on the shorter size. I like that it's all-natural and has ingredients that are proven to help with growth. I definitely love ashwaganda it is wonderful. I buy it for myself as well. The strawberry taste is very pleasant. He enjoys it tremendously and asks me to take it daily.

I rolled my eyes at these kinds of gummies for MONTHS. Honestly thought it was just another TikTok trend. But after my son’s pediatrician mentioned nutrient gaps (especially Vitamin D), I finally gave in. He LOVES the taste (which is a miracle because he spits out everything), and we’ve noticed not only more energy but he’s eating better overall. Wish I tried sooner.
