Internal hemorrhoids are mainly manifested as bleeding and prolapse. The common clinical symptom of internal hemorrhoids is intermittent blood after defecation. Grading standard for internal hemorrhoids.

1 degree, bloody and dripping during defecation, bleeding stops spontaneously after defecation, and hemorrhoids do not come out of the anus;
2 degrees, blood in the stool is common, hemorrhoids prolapse during the stool, and can be repaid by itself after the stool;
3 degrees, occasional blood in the stool, defecation or standing for a long time, and prolapse of hemorrhoids during weight-bearing, requiring hand assistance to repay;
4 degrees, occasional blood in the stool, hemorrhoids cannot be repaid after prolapse or prolapse again after repaying. It can be accompanied by mucosal erosion in the dentate line area, exposure of small blood vessels, and anal fissure.

External hemorrhoids occur outside the anus, and when going to the toilet, there is pain and sometimes itching. Common external hemorrhoids are mainly connective tissue external hemorrhoids (skin tags, skin tags) and inflammatory external hemorrhoids.

Mixed hemorrhoids are the most important form of clinical disease. The symptoms of internal and external hemorrhoids can exist at the same time, mainly manifested as blood in the stool, anal pain and bulging, and anal itching.
